MUSTERD SEEDS OF WISDOM

  • In the kingdom you die to live, lose to find, add by subtracting, multiply by dividing, receive by giving, and the way up is down.
  • The more we study GOD’S Word, the more we know about Him. But, knowing more about Him is one thing, knowing Him more is another.

 

  • The closer we get to Jesus, the more peace will become a fruit in our lives.
  • Many of us are satisfied with the good, when the Lord would have us seek the best.

 

  • When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life in such a manner that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.
  • Harboring bitterness toward someone is like drinking poison yourself and expecting them to die.

 

  • Spend less time worrying who is right, and more time deciding what’s right.
  • A man may fall many times but it isn’t a failure until he gives up.

 

  • We are called to follow the example of Jesus (1 Corinthans 11:1; 1 Peter 2:21; 1 John 2:6). If we as born-again, Spirit-filled Christians, discover the will of God and become its servant, God will release the power of His Holy Spirit to enable His will to be done. Nothing will be impossible, because nothing is impossible to God (Luke.1:37; Luke.18:27). To do this, we need to live lives that are totally submitted to the Will of God; then we too will be channels through which God can bring about His Will. God will show us what to do if we make ourselves available to Him.
  • The most effective Christians leaders are those who want to serve God because they know Him and love Him. Such leaders do not serve for money, position, reputation, power, fame or any other selfish motivation. These leaders are also able to put in far more effort, take on board far more pressure, and sacrifice far more, than those who work in God’s church for any other reason. These leaders are not out to prove themselves and, therefore, they are secure, resting in their relationship with God.
